Meet Our staff
Cecilia Urrea
Cecilia Urrea currently serves as the Administrative Program Director at Mundo de Ninos Academy. In 2011 she began her career as a Preschool Teacher later on moved to take on a Lead Head Start position, where she designed a personalized curriculum to meet diverse early learning needs. Ms. Urrea started Mundo de Ninos Academy as a non-profit organization to help families with child care needs, early intervention and infant development home-based services.
Jenna Hughes
Jenna Hughes serves as the Lead Occupational Therapist at Mundo de Ninos Academy. She has worked in Pediatrics for the past 7 years as an Occupational Therapist. She has international experience in Sydney, Australia and domestically worked in Denver, Colorado; and currently practicing in California. Feeding therapy, early intervention and working with children with Autism are her specialties.
Maria Fausto
Maria Fausto serves as Secretary/Treasurer for Mundo de Ninos Academy. She is currently working towards obtaining her Masters in School Counselor at CSUSB. In 2016 she graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and collaborated in the CAL-SOAP program. Advocacy and giving back are her way of donating to her community by helping youth apply to college and choose career pathways.
